Are AMG rims light weight and is it worth to change my Stock rims to AMG ones?

Been thinking of what rims to change to and saw this video sharing about the development of mercs rims from cast, flow form and forged. This gets me thinking if it's worth it to change my W206 stock rims (18inch) to AMG type. But I can't seem to find the the rims specs especially the weight of the Stock and AMG wheels sold in Singapore. Anyone have any knowledge if AMG wheels are actually lighter and worth to change?

The video showed the C63 AMG Edition yellow rims is for the C-Class.
