W213 E250 2017 brake sound when coming to full stop

Dear all bros and sis, my used E250 W213 has this small thud/screeching sound when releasing brake slowly / braking when coming to full stop. Able to reproduce the sound by releasing brake gently at stationary (biting point?) same sound like driving off after car heavy rain or car wash.

Cnc and outside workshop says its normal, say cuz MB brakes very jiak. Recently changed front rotor and brake pads only. Anyone have same issue?
