Anyone going for this clinic? not the H1N1 thingy. I wanted to go but afraid the specialist reply most of the time is

"Sir, this is due to the batch problem!! Let me check again, oh is bcos u didnt purchase the filter for yr car. Please proceed to counter B for payment"!!!

I got the infro from today ST, call them for reservation 6471 9111.

their German expertise is coming from Stuttgart will offer a thorough diagnosis on yr ride, chargeable or not didnt mention.

I have submitted the registration for 3rd Aug morning. It will be good for my W203 to go for a check, they are disinfecting the air-con for this $30 check.

Can do mini meetup at the Merc Cafe too if all go same day.

yah, modders sure kena fxxx by the engineer. Germans are not known for their humour.

I am only afraid that they will give standard answer, "because you mod, that's why you have problem. No mod, or only expensive licensed mod, no problem."

Just called C&C, they said that this programme is only for cars more than 3 years old. Probably a way of getting them to go back to C&C for servicing. haha!

I wonder how effective is the aircon disinfection. My car 3 years old, so maybe the aircon do need some disinfecting liao.

I think its not only for cars more than 3 years cos I got the invite as well. $30 is well worth it as they pump in free nitrogen for your tyres as well. Subsequent servicing they will do that also.

Not sure which service centre is better though..choose between Alexandra and Eunos. Alexandra newer and nice, Eunos nearer. ???

Hi my supercharger is giving problem. Wonder if anyone face the same issue?

hey if you're getting a clonking sound inside, i had that. you can try bringing it to a workshop n see if they can replace the pulley inside. Or else, just change another supercharger. If it's just too fast, i should've space to spare in my engine bay for your supercharger problem. hah

Anyone going for this clinic? Was told by C&C that more than 200 over the quota submitted to attend, and mine was rejected. I sent the cheque the next day I received the invite in the mailbox and they said I wasn't quick enough to get it. This was after I emailed Mercedes-Benz website to ask for an answer, if not they would have kept quiet for god knows how long.

Again, I am disappointed with C&C for not taking care of old customer and the way it manage this program. This reinforce the idea that I do not need to buy from them, a PI is as good since I am not getting any better treatment. :twinmfinger: :twinmfinger:

Been with CnC for a long time, just changed car this year, sent my reply very early, but still was rejected as well. :bootyshake:

They must have a basis of selecting cars for this program and I truly doubt it is on a first come first serve basis. :1mfinger:

I emailed the Mercedes-Benz website to questioned whether C&C is so shorthanded till they can't inform customer or at least acknowledge that they have received my request or maybe they do not believe in keeping customer informed. This finally got them to call me about the overwhelm response.

My point is if they cannot handle such program with so many customers, Then don't open to all. This only upsets customers who can't get it and makes customer wonder what kind of service keeping customers in the dark. So to those who have not received any call from them, it means do your check else where. They offered another check, not by German specialist.

reopening this 4-yr old thread..

i've just received this mailer.. anyone knows if it is worth spending the time there?

quite interested to let the german specialists (if they are still engaged to do this?), since i got my car pre-owned and not sure if there're hidden issues

I sent in mine as well. Dun mind going since my car more than 3yrs old. One get a complimentary air-conditioning disinfectant service and nitrogen gas conversion for tyres. Plus a $50 service voucher. Seems like a pretty good deal at $32.10!
