W205 C180 AMG Line Issues

I encountered 2 issues. Any advice?

1) Whenever I switch on or switch off the AC button, both left and right AC blowers have the "tuck tuck tuck" sounds, but it stops after a few seconds. Through the drive, no such sounds though. The "tuck tuck tuck" sounds is quite obvious as the radio is not turned on yet, but it lasts a few seconds then no more. It seems like something is running and hit something, but only during switching on or off AC button.

2) The headlight cover has some internal cracks or lines. When I touch the cover, I don't feel anything though the cracks are quite obvious. The cracks are inside and not outside. Would I need to replace the cover to avoid water seeping in? Or I can get a clear wrap to cover the headlight?
