Hi anyone knows what are the following devices? I think the grey box is gps map interface while the black box is connecting to GPS antenna?

The map interface is using Galactio and I managed to update the map from the distributor. However I notice the application hang several times as no response from the touch screen and cannot be controlled by any physical buttons or knob on the center console. As the control is 100% controlled by the touch screen, when the application is not responding I had to eject the sd card. Is there any way to restart the application if such problem occurs again? Thanks in advance.
