Hi, I'm new here.  Apologies if topic has been discussed.  Anyone can share if it is possible to turn on the parktronic feature in the C180 (just received car in Sep 2021) which according to Merc has been disabled by a new EU ruling?

It's not an EU ruling, but a UN ruling on AUTOMATICALLY COMMANDED STEERING FUNCTIONS.  If your salesperson did not inform you about the deactivation of this feature, then you're gonna have to tackle them because you basically paid for a feature that you don't have - I believe Parktronic is bundled together with other driver assistance features.  It's quite sad for dealers to keep silent about this, because the ruling was scheduled to come take effect in April 2021 back in 2017.

Having said that - good luck trying to get any action from the dealers.
