Do I need to change suspension if wheel size increase?

Just ordered my ride last week and was told by SE that in order to change from 19" to 20" or 21", need to change the suspension system. Is this true?

Unless you go to 24" wheels or some crazy sizes, it should be fine.

What's more important is the offset/width of the rim to ensure it doesn't rub against the fenders.

What wheels are you looking at?

Yes and thanks. I am looking for multi spoke AMG wheel 20" black with red edge (trim). Will only collect my ride Apr21 but wanna start working on the shopping list early.
