Comments on warranty extension programmes?

Hi all,

Just wondering if any of you have explored warranty extension programmes available for our beloved cars beyond the manufacturer warranty of 3ys/60,000km. I know that some manufacturers do offer extended warranty, but C&C does not. Are there workshops that offer 3rd-party warranty extensions? I only know of one that is available from Starblack.

Question here is whether it is worth it do join such programmes?

it depends on your risk profile... there's star black and there's another one for transmission, both rather affordable.

C&C does offer extended warranty, it's just ridiculously expensive so it's just not worth it to purchase it.
