Hi bros is the above true?

Dun whether pychological or not!

I believe not!

On my previous W203, I did the cat. con. cut through to clear the "choked up" back pressure

cos of the higher boost from the C230SC.

When I took out the perf. mod back to stock but left with the cut through cat. con.

I actually felt that the car seems to be more responsive and pull even more strongly and smoothly than stock.

Please take note this is an illegal mod and U might get a heavy fine by LTA if get caught.

Hi bros is the above true?

modern cats are very efficient,

so you won't gain with removal,

only increase air pollution.

"Measuring the backpressure before and after the converter shows almost

no difference in readings, indicating the converter is not restricting exhaust flow.

If you are looking to install a performance exhaust system, leaving the catalytic

converter alone and bolting on a cat-back system is a good way to go."
