Online & SMS Service Booking for C&C Customers

Hi Everyone.... Just to inform you about the latest services from C&C:

There will be an introduction of 2 new services for customers when they book their car servicing with us. Apart from calling the aftersales hotline, customers can now choose to book their servicing via an online booking system that has just gone live. Alternatively, customers can also choose to SMS in to 81266800 to book their servicing. A service reminder mailer will be sent to customers to inform them of these new services.

1. Online Booking: Simply log on to http://www.cyclecarriage.com/mb/booking/ for instant booking and confirmation of your slot via email. Online booking per service center are from 8.30am - 10.30am and are limited to the following number of slots for a start.

A) Website Booking Slot (Monday - Friday)

Booking Time MBC PLSC ELSC

8.30am 2 4 4

9.00am 2 4 4

9.30am 2 4 4

10.00am 2 4 3

10.30am 2 4 3

Website Booking Slot (Saturday)

2. SMS Booking: You can now book your service date via SMS to 81266800. Simply text "Book MB " and you will receive a call back to confirm. SMS received after 4pm will be contacted on the next business day.
