grey meshed area above the centre air con vent

guys, i looked thru the manual but didnt find the description for the grey mesh area in the center top of the dashboard, above the air con vent. may i know what is this ah ? solli for the stupid question.....(disclaimer) ;D

i think its an aircon vent also... i have no idea what its doing there, but when i open mind it sorta forms a heart shaped mist on the wind screen... good for surprises... if u get what i mean....

recently mine wont close all the way, so now and den at night with aircon on i get some mist there... kinda irritating so i placed my street directory on it.

I think that one is for center speaker housing if you order the car with Harman Kardon Logic 7 system.

Open as in open the vent. I suppose there is a center wheel to turn for the vent.

Show us a pic of that mesh. My pre-FL doesn't have that Grey Mesh thing...
