CD Changer spoilt for W203!! Need help..

Hi there,

The factory fitted CD changer (W203) is down and i checked with C&C, it cost a bomb for me to chnage a new one..

Anyone knows any outside workship that can repair it? Worst case, i'll change a new one if repair cant be done..

Why not check with the scrap yard Propel

They might have 1 for you.

To repair I dun think so!

U can always try to buy 1 on-line eg. try eBay.

Had bad experience with the CD changer. 2nd yr I own the car spoilt but under warranty so they change new unit. 2 yrs later spoil again went outside to repair (cost something like $80) but 1 mth later spoil again. I gave up and just use the radio.

IMHO,

It depends on how much 1 willing to spend on after market.

I think too, some owners do not want to lose their steering controls on their stock ICE
