Folks

as i hv posted previously ... my brake pads were worn and high time due for a change.

due to my recent purchase causing a big dent on my wallet.... i had been procrastinating this job as much as i can bcos i believe the pads will still hold up for another month of use anyway.

unfortunately ... little Mrs Better Half had been nagging and nagging me to go get it fixed ... til i hv attained my boiling point.

OK ... so now i have to get it fixed.

Where would you go to get the job done ?? Any recommendations will be heartfelt appreciated !!

Pls PM me if not convenient to mention wkshop names openly

thank you 100million times !!

cheerios !!

i believe change brake pads is a relatively simple job ... most workshop shd be able to do it ... just $$$ I suppose ..

besides $$ .... the damn car has to be able to stop !

i was at another wkshop for my old car.... the car was unable to stop after that !!!

bcos there was a air bubble in the piping !!

Can try Dennis of Nam Sing at AMK Autopoint.

HP 96200365

Tell him Dr Benny sends you. ;)

But seriously, the shop is very competent and my TE is fully taken care there from the smallest to the big jobs.

I go to Nam Sing to get my car done too. I must say that they have served me whether if it is servicing to R&D modification. You should also talk to Ges for advice.

Goes to MBM, join them as member with a low fee, forgotten how much but sure is below $100 a year, they will pick up your car for servicing / repair @ no extra charge and return to you once done....save that thru and flow time to make more money......
