Haha probably gonna add Brabus exhaust on the SL soon, my dad can't stand how quiet the car is after driving the 599. Btw, I think you'll need to hear the 599 to realise how soft it actually is It's really not as loud as you think -_-" It's a comfortable GT car, not a mad sports car like the 430. If what Mercy tells me is right, I think your car will be loud enough to wake your entire neighbourhood up haha! Did your parents say anything?

The V6 sound is absolutely pathetic compared to any modified exhaust! You're not missing out at all haha

the header should be able to fit........ makes the car go fast fast & loud loud.......... but not too loud...........

kleemen header comes with complete set. with high-flow cat.

operate (no decat). might get my mufflers changed and customised (titanium tip) - depends how long more i get to drive it.

my experience: i told the garage "how loud" i want it to be (but obviously there is a limit to it)?

my own opinion: it might affect your 0-100 as well - depending on what other mods you have.

what you can do: head down to ur garage, tell them what you want. seek for their opinions, it could be more helpful and you can gain more understanding bout choosing the different options. i.e "what if i do this....", "what would be the best option for me if i want it to be loud", "operate already then must i still decat?"...etc. i ask my friends working in the garage this kind of stupid questions. hahahahaha. they also asked me, "so you ONLY want the noise ah!?" i reckon there is a meaning to it so ASK THEM MORE QUESTIONS! they also asked me what kinda sound i want.... like those japanese tiong chias (obviously NO)? or bassy? how bassy i want it to be? LOL hur hur let me know if you need recommendations.

OMY... i read my previous posts and basically i'm repeating myself - that is ALL i know. hahahaha. on a side note, not to worry whether you'll be targeted by those "white ants" on the roads. when i see one... what i worry is not my exhaust but what they can SEE from the outside of my car which might leeeeead me to the inspection bay..... then kena fine for exhaust. hahaha. for one period.. they were targeting on the GTRs... my friend was taken back for inspection because his were crome plates then they realised he did sth to the exhaust. Suay!

meng chan? that mad fellow. hmm, he told me his brothers slk is very much a stock one & he said he and up with all three slk200,280 & 350. :wifstupid: LOL. Well you don't need a rocket scientists to see if that is vaild. haa... So you must be the one that he always mention to me saying that your slk is a heavyily tune ? or is it just him rubbing salt ?

Well it's a good thing seldom female owners here in SGP do up their cars in term of performances, besides of garge R female owner's. haaa
