Will offset 35 fit into our cars?

Hey Guys,


I was wondering if offset 35 would fit into our cars? I'm thinking to buy rims (18x8.5) with this offset but up to this point, I'm still, unsure that it would fit without rubbing issues.

Spoke to a couple of local wheel shops and they it wont work but I still have my doubts. There are online wheel shops that offers rims with ET35 saying that it's compatible with our cars. Seems like I have altogether a mixed of different feedbacks from different people.
