"Anti-theft protection active" message

Anyone experience this "Anti-theft protection active" message on COMAND screen? I got this sometimes when I off the engine but did not exit the vehicle and then restart the car after 5-10 mins. It is quite frustrating. To reset the message, I have to off the engine, get out of the car, close the door, open the door again, get in, close door and then re-start the engine. Then the message goes away. Sometimes, doesn't work and have to repeat process again. Anyway to bypass this? My car is 2012 W204 FL with stock Command online.
