How to identify a pre facelift and post facelift w211 e200k

Hi guys. My w211 e200k is made in 2006 and reg in Dec 2016. I'm not too sure if mine is a pre or post facelifted model. My front bumper is kind of of a v shape pointing out (number plate bent of a v shape to fit onto the bumper). Hope it helps in identifying. Another question is that is it true that pre facelifted models have SBC and facelifted models uses adaptive brakes instead? Is there any way I can identify if mine is fitted with SBC or adaptive brakes? Thanks alot in advance guys.

SBC is only on pre facelift model.
