It's link where you can adjust the height on the w221 individually. The stock link comes with non adjustable, aftermarket is adjustable so you can lower the car or if you prefer it higher . .it only work for car with air suspension to cheat the sensor ..I have already fix it on my W221. .lowering it and you can still used the car ride height also

It's no problem . In fact I have order two sets of this . One for myself and the workshop wanted one set also .... And btw after fixing I don't have the steering pulling to one side (left) which is quite inherent for the w221 .

They have the link for w222 .it might solves the problem , worth investing on the link ..the two sets of w221 after fixing it , problem solved !!!!
