Like Odessus and Keltanky said... that's 1 star too many.... and the standing star has another purpose... from driver's view... the star is a guide to keep your left side wheels within the lane....

This Standing hood emblem got some benefits. Its like a marker of your front bonnet to the rear of the front car.

And if you were to put a standing hood emblem, i would rather change to grille to be without the big star. IMHO too much stars la.

It might look like a weird W203 .. and lose its identity :-/

Can the CLA stock 1-star grill be changed?

All Klasses's grill can be changed. Only if any after market makes/designs are available or not.

In Singapore I am not sure but in some countries they have the elegance trim for C class

The world Most dangerous thing is the Vehicle. Its not about the machine weather its slow or fast. Its the person who is controlling it. The driver is the brain of the Machine. Not the machine itself.

If the driver reacts slow even the most powerful ABS(Auto braking system) will not help. The driver has to give the car the command in Order for the car to react. Afterall he is the brain of the car.
