Hi All WIth 2008 B200

Hi to all,

 

This is my first Continental car and just confirm with a open market dealer on year 2008 MB B200 model.

Test drove the car and was smooth and quiet.

Will be collecting my car middle of next week.

 

Like to know how is the performance and problems to look out for on this model.

4 years ago, I bought a 6-yr old A150, these are the things that failed over time :

1) air con (car dealer pulled a fast one on us

2) battery died

3) steering started to veer a little to the left

4) auto-lock stopped working ("machine gun" lock)

5) suspension noisy

6) wiper solution container leaking

7) one of the rear seat belt plastic part became brittle & broke off

 

Nothing major. Was still road worthy until trade-in this year.

Appreciate. As this car has 33 months, I intend to drive till end of COE.

So, hope nothing major. Off course, wear & tear bound to have.
