How to track when our cars enter SG port

Hi guys, I remember reading somewhere in this forum, one of the threads mentioned that you can request a number from your SE to track when the car you booked will be arriving at the SG port? So at least from there u can estimate when you can collect the car?

I can't find that thread, anyone know what is it call so I can try asking my SE thanks!

What's the difference between the few days of car arriving at port and you collecting the car? If really kanjiong just ask your SE to inform you, shouldn't be a problem.

for me its a case of moving target over past few months ... SE said May/Jun delivery (when booking in Feb), then its early-Jun (sometime in Mar), then became Jul/Aug in final Sales Agreement, then most recently "next week".

Likely will be based on the sales agreement stated month. How come the SE never check delivery schedule before black and white?

initial paperwork was delayed due to the CEV changes & C&C needed to work out internally how to deal with those orders
