I know this is not going to be a popular event and I am going to get a lot of moral support.

Before the year ends and a new year starts, besides adding another year to your age, how about a new resolution to keep fit and age healthily and still be strong for the whole life?

If you want to keep your Mercedes-Benz for many years, you need regular maintenance. Same goes to your body, you need to start now!

Alright, so much for the TC, anyone wants to try a half marathon in 2009? I am thinking of trying but I need someone to suffer with me. :devil2: :welcome:

same here la, I do not have IPPT for many years liao. It's start all over again, I run very slow now.
