I have a set of AMG 17" monoblocks on my 124. They are ET34 or 36 from the W202 C Class. If you use 215/45/17 the tyres shouldn't hit the guards. Anything wider and I'll guarantee you have to roll your fenders.

oh..... was offered 2 sets, both from the new c class - 5 double spokes and new s class - 7 spokes respectively, both to match with 17" 225/...... tyres.

looks like must match with 215 tyres liao.

  • 4 years later...

Just got a set of 225/55/16. They were from a W211. Will they fit on W124? What bolt size/length and offset should it be? Hope can get some advice. Most appreciated.

Thanks.

225/55/16 will rub I think. 205/55/16 should be the correct size. As for bolt size and length, tyre shop will advise as they have tons to try out. Rims for w211 should bolt on directly as they are the same offset.
