Forgive me if this has been discussed before.

- What are the aftermarket exhaust LTA approved exhaust available for W203?

- Is C55 AMG exhaust direct bolt on?

- Has anyone explore the option of operating your exhaust? Will you get engine check light problem?

Thanks all.

C55 exhaust can be fix in your W203 be it a C180 or C230, need mod.

But C55 is a V's and it will start with both side of the header....meaning mod need to be done, not plug and play.

Thanks bro.

So typically, what would people do to free flow exhaust?

Thanks :)

Are there any other lta approve options out there? Supersprint? Remus?

Remus is approved by LTA, if buy from singapore dealer will come with all the certifications and approvals

I'm not sure about the w203, cos I only ask the price for the w204

but I guess they should be around the same price

the Remus (single side) exhaust for w204 is around S$1250 (include all tax and LTA documentations)

The importer or singapore agent for remus is

KingCrimson Ptd Ltd

they will offer u around $200 if u trade in your original exhaust.

but please dont cos if u do not like the remus sound, it will cost u more than 3-4x times the price to buy the original exhaust

I am quite curious to know if anyone has operated on his/her exhaust and whether the exhaust note (sound) is nicer.

I am driving a Sport Edition and the exhaust is nice if you hear it drive past you. However, inside the car, the drone can be quite irritating sometimes.

are you just talking about the exhaust muffler box or the entire exhaust including piping from the downpipe to the the muffler tip?

Yup yup. is it from Cat back or just the box?

Is there droning sound in the cabin?

Most importantly, is it irritating loud?

Just the muffler box + resonator only.

u cant remove just the original muffler box without cutting or sawing, the orignal muffler box together with the resonator. and its attach to the 2nd cat.

So the Remus muffler box + resonator will replay the original muffler box + resonator

Its "plug and play" no welding required.
