w212 E Class foggy/blurred car headlights

I want to check have anyone encounter this problem.

My e class both side headlamp start to become more and more blur. (Blur mark from the inside the headlamp).

Hid light? Is it whole lamp or just a small patch? It could be the burn mark from the Hid bulb... best is take picture and show here...

Yes HID and it Small patch in the center. Car in C&C so can't take pic

Normal! Got the small patch in the centre on both my Oct 2011 W212 Xenon headlamps.

Doesn't affect the brightness of the headlamps! Didn't bother!
