Surround light for E Class

i'm driving an 2011 E200 W212 i remember when i unlock the door the surround light will light up with horn sound but now i don see the light and the horn intermittent (unlock when u touch the inside of the handle) only when i use remote to unlock then it will light up.horn also intermittent

 

is this normal?

have you try to go to the setting on the instrumental cluster to switch "on" surround lights and accoustic ( Horn)?

Yes it is on. Only when unlock using the handle the light won't light up
