HELP! Car can start.. But doesn't move!

Help somebody help! My facelifted w204.. Able to start engine but when I drive off, it moves VERY slowly.. And I can feel vibration from the chassis. I thought foot brake wasn't released but no. And no light no warning on the dash. What can be the problem? Anyone can advise while I wait for the tow truck..

Did you accidentally switched to winter mode?  Tyre puncture? Coil pack or spark plug spoil also possible.

Winter mode? Not that I know of.. Nvr touch any switches.. Funny when the tow truck guy drives up the ramp it's effortless. Still under warranty, and hopefully can be covered. Will I be given a replacement car?

He probably was trying to put it in layman terms.. But what software? Ecu?

Probably ECU. Our cars are so computerized, one electronic system malfunctions and the problem come.
