Video out from original HU

I would like to take some advice on the original HU video out signal.

 

Can the original HU video out signal to the LCD display be tapped and aux into an external display, such as an external 2-din HU. I'm sure the plug won't fit, so will have to splice and tap from the original wire. Or are there any converter available?

I'm sure there's a way to do it as Mercedes do offer additional LCD screens that can be mounted on the front passenger headrest as an option.

Thanks Bro. That's good to know there's a chance. I tried to google but have not seen any information on how this was done.

Will have to research more on this.
