Time: 09:00 to 12:00 hrs and 13:00 to 17:00

Dear Members,

Traction Circle Club is pleased to announce our "Deepavali Holiday" Trackday at Sepang International Circuit on Monday 27 October 08.

We have 2 track sessions on that day. Both will be regular track sessions, with Session 2 ending with 1 hour of JD.

You can choose to attend either session or both, but must take part in Session 2 to be in JD, as qualifying will be during Session 2:

Session 1: Regular Trackday - 9am to 12 pm (3 hr)

Trackday fees per driver:

Early bird rate $190.00 (On or before 11 Oct '08)

Regular Rate: $ 290

Session 2: Regular Trackday ending with Judgment Day Session - 1pm to 5pm (4 hr)

Trackday fees per driver:

Early Bird rate : $230.00 (On or before 11 Oct '08)

Regular Rate: $330

For new members: Joining Fee + membership till end of 2008 : $45

Notes:

- Each Session will be strictly limited to first 80 registrants

- All fees are PER DRIVER

- On-day signups will NOT be accepted

Transponder rental:

Transponder rental fee per session: S$30 (S$50 deposit applies for transponder on trackday itself)

**Please bring SGD currency for transponder fees and deposit.

To enjoy the early bird rate, please sign up on Sat 11th October 08, between 10am - 12pm at Burger King in front of Singapore Expo Hall 4

Breakfast is on us !!

40 Breakfast will be served on first come first serve basis !!

Please write your NRIC, Name, Cellphone no. and "27th Oct 08 Trackday" (Session 1 or Session 2) on the reverse of the cheque. Also indicate what the additional fees are for, e.g. subscription fees, transponder etc

Things to send together with cheque:

* Membership form to be properly filled up (if you are a new member)

Regular rate trackfee payment via cheque cut off date is 20th October 08 (if places are still available for the 27th Oct 08 event)

Registration details:

Registration, Safety Brief and Collection of driver tags, will be held at the Media Centre, Level 2, Sepang Circuit. Members are to bring the TCC Membership Card, for 2008 validation and registration.

Registration begins at 8am, closes at 845am SHARP for first session

Registration begins at 12pm , closes at 1245pm SHARP for second sesson

Late-comers will not be entertained nor there refunds. This is so as not to unfairly disadvantage the majority who has attended the safety brief and driver orientation. Members who have registered, please proceed immediately for the safety brief so that you can receive your driver tags after it.
