Queries on C-Class Servicing Schedules

Hi guys had a question on c class servicing. Got a pre-owned W203 with 43K km mileage. After driving for abt 2 mths, I now see the prompt for Service B on the display. What is the usual servicing schedule ? Is it every 10,000 km ? What is service B ? Can I just ignore and send for servicing when I reach 50, 000 km ? Appreciate the advice. thanks
