there wasnt anything wrong in the beginning...toyota was avoiding cyclist...just that he forgot to check right lane, can be a pure mistake....the other horn to warn, nothing wrong actually. its hard to control a tap and a longer honk in a split second...

the toyota's behaviour after that was a NO NO....

Hardly got a chance to use the horn so once got a chance , use it as much as possible .

Hardly got chance and reason to drive in that manner , so once felt provoked got reason to drive in that way .
