Sad to hear that such thing happened to u. I suggest u call the cust svc centre to give them a piece of your mind.

I think if u call CA to let him know, they will arrange another wash for u.

I dont know where this 18, 16 about but i wash my car @ Bukit Timah SPC which are just stone throw away from my home.
