Burning Plastic/Rubber Smell in car.

anyone experiencing this in their car? it happen when I turn on the air circulation button. there will be smell of burning rubber/plastic.

Isolate the source of the smell , coming from fuse box. Any idea how to check which fuse has blow.

I might suspect something worst that might happen. example cable issue best is to go back to workshop or CnC.

 

I recommand spark @ comfortdelgo as well.

Went for a check up today, no smell when it is time to see the doctor lol. Have to keep monitoring. The fuse checks out fine.

Found the source the of the problem i think, i have the same issue just thay my wire are not so "cooked" yet. This is the reason why on saturday morning the smell did not return. Rear lights not on...... my warranty is out, any chance c&c might do a good will repair for me? Any bros had the same problem before?

sending to C&C on tuesday after talking to the manager yesterday, seem there might be a goodwill repair.......wish me luck. Avoiding driving at night now......

On a side note, is it a must to press the "air ciculation" button to prevent air from outside to come in?

The button dissappers and need to re-press it like every 30mins, is there any way to permenantly have it set?

Just check the wire behind you can never be sure.
