i believe you are trying to say, you got 2 keys? 1 for the door, the other for starter?

you can go to any locksmith change the set of keys to 1, meaning - they would have to replace the starter key hole and the door key hole too..

i had changed mine due to the engine starter key started to jam whenever i off engine and tried to pull out the key..

I think is not change, they can adjust the bearing to make it BOTH HOLE WITH 1 KEY......

Another easier method, invest in a remote alarm, than you wont need the key to open that door.
