The world Most dangerous thing is the Vehicle. Its not about the machine weather its slow or fast. Its the person who is controlling it. The driver is the brain of the Machine. Not the machine itself.

If the driver reacts slow even the most powerful ABS(Auto braking system) will not help. The driver has to give the car the command in Order for the car to react. Afterall he is the brain of the car.

Just to share, just went for my first "outside" servicing as warranty has lapsed.

Decided to visit Chip Soon after searching through the forum as its only a 10 mins drive from my place.

Had a pleasant experience, clean workshop and job was done quickly and professionally (booked an appointment several days before).

The person who attended to me was Jason, very friendly and knowledgeable guy, takes time to explain job scope and ensure customer knows what is to be done. Facebook_Like_thumbs_up_small.png

Their pricing is also very reasonable and they have the diagnostic kit for Mercedes (looks like a laptop in a suitcase) as well.

I'm in no way related to Chip Soon, just sharing my own personal experience after doing some research on this forum. Had a good experience there and will be visiting them for subsequent servicings.   :)

Good thing is that they open on Sundays and near my place. No complains except that they do not allow you to use your own engine oil. The ATE brake pads they charge is slightly on the high side, factoring in the labour cost. They do the oil drain not from the drain plug below, but vacuum it from the dipstick tubing.
