PCMIA card adapter

Anyone know where to get the PCMIA adapter for the Command?  Been trying to find but it seems like its obsolete and not sold in Singapore anymore.

You sure your NTG4.5 use PCMCIA SD Card adaptor?

My NTG4.5 use SD Card direct!

My previous NTG4.0 use PCMCIA CF adaptor

I've extra PCMCIA adaptor for both SD Card & CF Card.
