Command APS not recognize iPod/ Show FM AM

I have a Command APS system which came with my car model C200 CGI (Yr 2010) Japan Specs

 

I have gone in to engineering mode pressing hangup+1+* to change the radio setting from Japan to EU mode. I have noticed things missing on the screen as per pictures below.

 

• Media Interface on drop-down menu missing - Pic 1
  

• Radio (FM/AM) missing on Audio drop-down menu - Pic 1
  

• Radio Sub menu garbled or not showing up - Pic 2 & 3
  

 

 

I would request advice from Sifu's how to solve this problem.

Didn't try setting radio back to Jap mode? That's why I also never recommend anyone messing about with the engineering menu.

I didnt do that. My Sales Agt, set the car from Japanese FM range (70~90) to Asian (88 to 108)

 

After that all these nonsense happened

BTW, Is it cheaper to get the retrofit done in Singapore than Malaysia for MB ?

There are few fellows. But you know they claim to be super.. but these guys are not worthy in my opinion..
