Broken Stitch - Driver Seat

Hello All,

 

I am disappointed with the quality of the leather stitching for the seat. The car is not even 3 years old and the stitching are already dropping off. Never has this experience with any of my previous rides.

 

Anyone has similar experience ? Can the stitch be repaired ? Anyone has any lobang ?

 

Appreciate any feedback.

What I experience is leather wear and tear. Nothing like yours, but since its under 3years you may try to ask CnC or any leather shop if they do for u.

The part where the stitching is coming off is not at the butt area but at the edge of the seat. I guess I shall check with C&C.

 

But disappointting cos I never had this problem with all my previous rides.

You go do action in your at don come and point others having lots of action in their own ride

Did you check with your SE or SA?

You should not feel disappointed cos my ride is less than 2 weeks and already the stitching is worn off. It looks furry now at that same area but we have complaint this to the SE. She said she will speak to her boss first with regards to helping resolve this.

Apparently the car is a showroom piece but again as claimed by my SE, the car is not a showroom piece cos it will on,y be there for a few days before they remove it. We didn't get any discount too for that particular vehicle we got...

I believe the leather on the seats are locally fitted? Infact they look nice to me but didnt know its quality wasn't good. Mine is PI, not real leather and not good looking either. At least CnC one look more atas with very visible stitches.

My kids left some pen ink stain on my leather seats, tried to clean it off with leather alcohol cleaner, was surprised the stain came off together with the leather colour...  . sad....cannot be the cleaner used is too strong, because it is a well known brand. any bros know where I can get the leather dye for cappuccino colour???  appreciate, gamsia...
