Suitable 18" rim that will flush on a w212 side profile

Hello Seniors, does anyone know what rim specs to buy to have my wheels flushed? Eg. 18" 9.5 +xx. Also, what tire size will you recommend; front and rear..?

Thinking of dropping by LSTA but thought I'd ask first..in case..

If u intend to install BBK, make sure u make provision for that.

Thank you AchTungku for the advice,  I doubt that would happen any moment soon.  The Breyton GTS AV as little space for 6 pot (i think).  I may go for the 4 pot later for weight reduction. James
