Upgrading Audio 2 Command software

Hello Bros, anyone has an idea if C&C provides upgrading of Audio 2 command software?  Mine cannot stream bluetooth audio.  Did the Hang up + # + 1 (for 10 secs) and turn on bluetooth audio but did not help.  Pressed on Disc Icon button a few times, does not toggle to bluetooth audio menu.  Any advice?

Bro, think you have to pair both devices first in order to stream music from you phone... Android or iphone both also can!

Sorry bro for W211 I am not sure too but I guess you may have to go your phone bluetooth menu to enable media playback & that's what I did for my W204 & it works...

Upgrading of the basic stock audio system to the Comand system isn't as simple as a software upgrade. The whole HU needs to be replace.

 

Do approach our Comand System specialist ricric_lo or amber53 for assistance. They will be able to advice you on this.

If your e-class is w211, I din't think you have bt audio streaming for your Audio 20 hu. Even NTG 2.5 COMAND do not as bt audio streaming.

If you have bt phone likely yours is a 2008 or early 2009 cos earlier models didn't'even come with bt phone.

Noted with Thanks Mark. Spoke to a supplier in Hong Kong (Ricky); who has a retrofitting partner in Singapore. Considering the move now..

imho - both are the only "local choices" you have - No other local installer including CnC can do the COMAND NTG 4.5 HU / Screen upgrade for you from your current Audio 20 HU/Screen.
