hai lately my w124's aircon is giving me trouble, sometimes blow hot air sometimes cold like genting!

Sometimes when engine hot, it will blow hot air. Or sometimes when driving fast & hard, it might blow hot air!

And best part, when go to workshop, aircon ok! Damn how to check!

As usual, all things related to aircon system.

- When was the last time you changed your condenser unit ?

- Are your pipes okay ?

- You got enough R134 refrigerant ?

The last time my car acted this way I swapped out the condenser and all was okay after that. $750 to replace to a copper one. Alum should be cheaper but not as hardy according to some mechs.

Had solved the problem liao, as its old school merc, contact issue is very common! So had ownself clean and readjust the the connectors! Now siok! But one thing must really try to avoid bumps and pot holes! Ha ha
