Folks,   Was hoping to gather some opinion over this misprinted singapore note which belongs to my father-in-law.   Hope you guys can give some comments on what he should do with it?   Thanks

The big plus is that such a note would be extremely rare, given the series and denomination. The minus would be the condition, which is good (no visible damage) but creases usually affect the value significantly, especially for serious collectors.

There cannot be a crisis next week. My schedule is already full.
