Replacement of Brake pads and Rotors

Hi Bros, just to share my experience on my first servicing out of CNC.

Change out both my front and rear brake pads and rotor for my W211 at MB Auto Workshop today as recommended by some of the bros here.

Total cost :$780. I not sure if its a good deal but the technicians there (eric and hong) are experienced and friendly. Kind of share with me a few good tips on the ride. Overall feel comfortable paying for the service they provide.

I read up some threads from here and call Colin for quotation. Indeed, he responsed fast and precise. Although he is not specialise in wheel alignment, he engaged his technicians to do an assessment on it. Appreciate it. Thanks.

Bought my brake disc at golden link for about close to 500 then change at chip soon in tampines, labour I think 80-100. Golden link also sells brake pads. Seniors pls correct if I'm wrong for the following statement, if the HUD did not show brakes error eg, the sensor can be reused. Otherwise can again by from golden link.

W204 ATE Ceramic Brake pads (stk should be cheaper) $140/pair at Goldlink Kaki Bukit - front & back should be $280 and brake sensor $8.00 before gst

Chip Soon at Tampines St. 73 Block 9002 charge $185.00 ATE Ceramic Brake pads inclusive of labor before gst - Brake sensor $8

Front & back x 2 - Total Front & Back + Labor + GST about $400.00
