Just had a accident last night very sianz, i cannot stop in time. Well the lights are in my favour. 50/50 or the other party fault? but i am already going slow........

pls check that ur wife is feeling better, not worse. if there's stiff neck etc, do go to A&E to lodge a medical report. may come in handy for medical claims... hope not though.... personal experience

The most important after an accident is to send the car straight for inspection. but if they are not open during weekend, tomorrow hurry go report.

anyway, hope your wife is feeling better now.. do see a doctor for second opinion..

Just curious......my insurance once told me better claim from "own insurance" first....they said if case i lost then everything gone...Hmmmmmm... anyway i dont trust insurance company....

off cos so they can get payouts first....but in the event u wanna accumulate ur NCD they will nicely tell u that u had done a claim before therefore not eligible by then u r screwed

from pic looks like u have right of way and at 46km/h and green light, i would think u will win the case. furthermore that honda is turning and it is not filter arrow yet so u do have a strong case. good luck hope your wife will be fine and u will win the case!

It really depend on the video, TS knows best. What if honda stops there for 2-3 seconds before TS hits him? Like i said, video plays an important part
