you no scared you car become the same like the BIMMER SJK 4798 D ??? joker rented out his 523... till now still not found.... words is that the guy who rented peddle drugs with the car... now impounded with LTA... dunno true or not.. but so sway to lose his car like that... cannot claim insurance... then bank come after you for full payment... 1 word.... DIE !!!!!

To rent out your car for business purpose, u need to amend your insurance polices to protect your backside

Same time u need to ask your loan financing bank on any terms and conditions applies

Can add Named Driver & make sure there's no "Tenancy Agreement" like renting a home, then insurer no evidence saying dat d car is rented out. But if d person who rent ur car was using it to ferry stores & goods for biz use & not using it as pleasure & personal usage then upon accident cannot claim.
