soft brakes

Hi,

I realised that the first initial tap on the brake, the feel is always soft and spongy.

But the next quick tap on the brake, it's significantly harder and fimer....

Tried this a couple of times and it's always the case.

Gurus.....is this normal??

Bro, it could be the disc rotor is wearing down, pads need changing or even the pump. Best send to workshop to check. Safety first.

They test drove my ride and said it's perfectly normal...

Its meant to be like that.
