How to book a service appointment for C & C? (fastest way possible)

hey bros,

im having a problem with my front passenger seat of my e250 coupe yet AGAIN. the back of the seat can only go upwards to a certain point like 50 degrees instead of previous 90 degrees. so now my passenger all have to somehow lie down instead of sitting up straight . had this problem like a few times already and went to C&C at pandan but they only fix it instead of changing the parts/seat. then once in a while the problem comes back again. this is the 3rd or 4th time already :startle: so i would like to know is it possible for them to do a entire seat replacement instead of them always " temporary" fixing it and i have to go back "visit" them frequently. Unker please help me ~ :bow:
