W204 Pre FL C180K

Hi all,

I just place my deposit for a pre-owned C180K without doing enough research. Mileage is @ 113K with 3.5 yrs left. I called up C&C and last service was done 1yr3mths back @102k. 

I understand that 120K is due for major servicing so can someone enlighten me whats the cost goin to be like and will i save a lot if i get parts from stockist myself? Thank you.

I used to 've a C180

and dis model is mind boggling ,so many models,so many specs.

so many to choose from,I was told to pick the 1600 compressor engine.

i used for more than 1 year & it was beautiful,my first foray into mercedes and RWD.traded in for a E.

change almost everything,shocks(twice!)rims as I says almost........

1 thing u must do ,reset ecu/tcu its good👍 

My usual is chip soon from Tampines,many chaps 're from C&C

Call & make an appointment,can b crowded@times.
Read from many comments dat dey 're pricey well,dun realli compare prices & I dun realli go w/shop every month!

dey will b able to advice on mileage maintenance,dey follow mb schedule religiously.

Another shop dat I recommend is in Bukit Merah ,not realli a merks specialist but many mb goes there.

1st one $50 discount from bill,2nd one,pay normal,3rd one FREE,zilch,0 !
Pretty good,the only shop I noe who can REPAIRED the s class air shock with some Kit.
Recently I decided to change to ATE ceramic pad after doing the research for a Long Long time,well,I'm happi.
Guess dats a topic for another day.
I always like to try out workshop,my Wife always say u waste money like dat.
Bring your own parts might saves u a bit only cos shop dat allows, normally charge higher for labour if u bring in yr own.

but its good u compare prices.

the w204 is a wonderful car ,see so many on the road & u Wun b surprise many of them owns it since new.

if u Wan's to noe the authenticity of the mileage ,juzz call c&c service booking line & quote vehicle number & vin number.

tell them u are buying the vehicle & ask when the last time dey 're in the shop plus mileage.arnd12k a year,juzz do the Maths.

bear in mind,most mb mileage out there are tweek.
