Buying wheels and tyres online

Hey guys, I'm receiving my CLA 180 in a couple of weeks. I saw some really nice rims online. Some of them can't be found here in Singapore and even if they can, they are marked up really high.

 

Do all the CLA range from CLA 180 to 45 share the same compatibility?

 

Has anyone bought rims or tyres online and brought them to a workshop for installation and alignment? Share your thoughts?

CLA all share the same wheel fitment.

 

JTang is right about the risk and most shops do not like such arrangements as they don't earn much from you except labour.

 

Most decent shops can bring in whatever you are looking for, or something similar.

 

Just ask them - my usual suspects are Leong Seng and Hurry.

Vossen is quite common - I am sure LS or Hurry has them.

 

Niche I haven't seen before.
