hi guys, i'm new here, infact new to mb (expecting to get my very first mb on 3rd week of April).

just wonder anyone installed Sprint? what's your verdict?

does anyone know if I could convert the single exhaust to a dual exhaust (LTA approve)?

Welcome!! Not sure anyone installed the SB, its helps yr ride to sprint faster & increase FC. Any mods on the exhaust system is illegal.

yup, i suspect TS is talking about sprintbooster.

i have it in my wife's beetle and it does help in the initial response as it is a heavy and sluggish car.

and yes, unless you get a LTA-compliant exhaust, any others is illegal.

thanks bro, I heard mod to exhaust could be legal if you obtain a cert from LTA prior to the installation. you have to ask the installer to produce the spec. (yet to verify)

Hi waltz, I am changing to Piecha quad exhaust soon, heard from my installer 2 previous cabrio with the same exhaust got approved by LTA. So far i only can find this brand is LTA approved. Hope this help.

Ive had the Sprint booster in 3 of my cars now have to say its one of the best mods out there !! Pls note it DOES NOT increase HP or stuff like that !
